Please notify us if you wish to unsubscribe from our emails, and we will do so as soon as possible.
SUBMITTING A COMPLAINT
We at Innovixustech Software, an United Arab Emirates web development company, prioritize the outcomes of every project we work on. Our firm is committed to a policy of shared accountability with our customers, and we will always work to find a satisfactory resolution to any issues that may arise. When all other options for fixing the problem have been exhausted, refunds may be considered.
Our main goal is to reach a compromise that is advantageous to all parties. Thus, we ask that you contact us at support@innovixustechsoftware.com for a final discussion before pursuing a refund claim if you are considering one.
It is important to bear in mind that requesting a refund should solely be done in the event that a comprehensive discussion fails to ensue. We guarantee that every effort will be made to attend to your concerns and deliver an ideal resolution.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
The conditions under which a refund may be issued are specified in detail in our refund policy.
Complete Refund:
You are eligible for a full refund in the event that your project has not yet commenced or you have not accepted the proposed design style.
Partially Refundable:
If you accepted the original design style, but the delivery does not adhere to our delivery policy, a partial refund will be issued based on the work completed.
Refund Declination:
Unfortunately, there are no refunds available for project phases that have commenced. Furthermore, cancellation of special marketing services is not possible on account of their expiration dates and restricted availability. We sincerely regret any inconvenience that this may bring about.
Please note that refunds on Innovixustech Software may take up to 5-7 business days to process.
PROCEDURES FOR CANCELLATION
When it comes to our cancellation policy, we believe in being as open and honest as possible. The primary conditions are as follows:
Requesting Cancellation:
To initiate a cancellation request, please reach out to our billing department or account manager. Kindly note, however, that cancellation requests require approval from the relevant department.
Cancellation Timeline:
Within 24 hours of placing your order and before the project begins, you may request a cancellation.
Exemption for Third-Party Services:
Our cancellation policy does not extend coverage to services rendered by third-party vendors, including but not limited to hosting, web development, content creation, and similar offerings.
